How to Switch Back to the Classic Text Editor In WordPress
The new WordPress Editor ‘Gutenberg’ may looks fancy and modern but not a user-friendly for a majority of users including me. Like others, I was having a really hard time working with it- not a pleasant editing experience. I tried to get hold of it but after a while I gave up and made my mind to disable Gutenberg and keep the classic editor in WordPress. But there is no easy option to revert the update. Thankfully, I found a little plugin which will enable you to switch back to the classic editor in WordPress.
Here’s a quick guide on how to easily disable Gutenberg and keep using the classic WordPress editor.
1) Download and Install the Classic Editor plugin.
2) Once enabled, go to the settings to enable the classic editor.
3) Voila!’ The Classic Editor.
